Good to know
You get two things: the text to copy, and a searchable PDF. The PDF looks exactly as before, but you can select and copy text and search it with Ctrl + F.
Unsure spots are marked yellow. Tap a word to see the matching snippet from the image next to it and fix it. The correction goes into the text and into the searchable PDF.
Tables in the image, such as a grade overview or measurements, are recognised by their columns and can be saved as an Excel or CSV file.
Printed text works very well, handwriting hardly at all. The sharper and straighter the scan, the better. Run crooked phone photos through the document scanner first.
The first time, the program downloads the language data (German about 1.5 MB, English about 3 MB).
