Formula editor
Type formulas like on a calculator, no LaTeX needed. As SVG, PNG or into Word.
Formula
Just type as on a calculator: / makes a fraction, ^ an exponent, _ a subscript, sqrt a root. Names like pi, alpha, sum or int turn into symbols. Arrow keys move between the boxes. On a phone, a maths keyboard appears.

Good to know
“Copy for Word” puts the formula on the clipboard as MathML. Paste it into Word (2016 or newer) with Ctrl + V and it becomes an editable equation. For PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, the PNG or SVG works better.
Both inputs are linked: what you type above appears below as LaTeX, and the other way round. That way you pick up LaTeX along the way, if you like.
Supported is LaTeX maths with amsmath, plus packages such as physics (\ket, \dv, \pdv), mhchem for chemistry (\ce{H2O}) and cancel.
